Why don't you pay in the app?
Your subscription is a business agreement. You arrange it through a secure Stripe link in your email, with iDEAL and direct debit.

After signing up you receive an email to choose your plan and set up a mandate via iDEAL. Reminders follow on day 20, 27 and 30 of your trial.

Changing plans, buying credit or cancelling is done through the link in your email. The link to your Stripe customer portal is in every invoice email.

Lost the link? Tap "Send me the link again" in the app and we'll email it to you again.

Not paid after the trial? Then your location is paused. Your profile stays visible and takeaway payouts continue as normal; you can put new deals live again as soon as you've chosen your plan.
What does flashing a deal earn you?
It's quiet, but your staff are there anyway. Enter your own figures and see straight away what filling your empty tables earns you. The calculator works exactly like the decision helper in the app.
What a guest spends with you on average on food and drink, excluding VAT.
Discount per table? Divide by the number of people. Amount incl. 9% VAT? Divide by 1.09. Example: €10 per table of 2 = €5 per person = €4.59 excl. VAT.
The maximum number of people this deal can seat. 6 tables of 2 = 12 seats.
The share of your seats you expect to fill. In the app this is the average of your last 10 similar deals, or your city's average. Without history we use 50%.
Your food and beverage cost as a percentage of revenue.
The share of your Flits guests who would have come anyway. With them, you only lose the discount.
Your subscription doesn't count per deal: you pay it anyway. We show how many Flits guests a month earn it back. Prices excl. VAT, paid monthly.
Guests with a deal often order a little less. By default we assume 5% less. In the app, Flits learns this from your own deals once you have entered the actual revenue for 5 table deals.
