Question about a claim or order?

The app is quickest. Open Flits, go to Profile → Help and choose the claim or order in question. It's then linked to your conversation straight away, and you'll see our reply in the app. The app also shows how quickly we usually reply.

At the venue right now and something's wrong? Tap "I'm at the venue now" in your conversation. Your question then gets top priority.

Already on Flits? In business mode, open More → Help & support. You'll find articles on deals, payouts, scanning and your subscription, and you can start a conversation.
