In short
- You pay a fixed amount per venue per month (Start €29, Plus €59, Pro €99, excl. VAT). Your first 30 days of Plus are free. If you pay monthly, you can cancel monthly; if you pay annually (2 months free), a cancellation runs until the end of the paid year.
- For takeaway deals you are the seller and Flits is the platform. We keep €0.79 per paid order. You are paid out every Monday via Stripe.
- You honour every deal, only offer genuine discounts and are responsible for allergen information, food safety and age checks for alcohol.
- You use guest data you receive through Flits only to honour the deal. Never for marketing.
- If you break the rules, we may warn, restrict or suspend you. You will always get a statement of reasons and can appeal.
- The decision helper and the calculator give an estimate, not advice. The decision is yours.
These are the terms between Nafite B.V. (trading as Flits) and your business when you use Flits to offer deals. This is a business-to-business agreement. We have written it as plainly as we can.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 Flits is a service of Nafite B.V., Spoorstraat 30A, 6511 AH Nijmegen, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 76060217, VAT NL860493222B01 ("Flits", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@nafite.com or through support in the app.
1.2 These Partner Terms apply to every business that signs up in the app as a venue ("you", "the venue"), to all its locations and to everyone who uses business mode on its behalf.
1.3 Each user's personal account (signing in, guest mode) is also governed by the Terms of Use. How we process personal data is set out in the Privacy Statement. In case of conflict, these Partner Terms prevail for business use.
1.4 Flits is for businesses only. You confirm that you act in the course of a trade or business and are not a consumer. Your own general terms and conditions do not apply.

3. How the agreement is formed
3.1 The agreement is formed as soon as you accept these Partner Terms when signing up in the app. We record which version you accepted, when, and by which user.
3.2 The person signing up the venue confirms that they are authorised to bind the business (for example as owner, or as a manager with authority). They verify their mobile number once with a text-message code. We use that number to reach the owner if there is a problem with a deal or payout.
3.3 We announce new versions of these terms as described in article 32.
4. Verifying your venue
4.1 When signing up, you enter your KvK number. Through the KvK API we retrieve the registered name, branch number, SBI code and address. Flits is intended for hospitality (SBI 56.x) and for bakeries and food retailers. If the SBI code or address does not match, we check manually.
4.2 You then show that you really belong to the location, in one of these ways:
- Route A – email code on your own domain. You enter an email address on your venue's domain (for example info@yourvenue.nl). You receive a 6-digit code. Once entered, the location is verified immediately. Free webmail domains do not count.
- Route B – shopfront photo. Using the camera in the app, you take a photo of your shopfront with the venue's name and a one-time code on paper in view. The app checks that you are within 100 metres of the address and sends the location and time along. We review the photo, aiming for within 4 business hours and at most 1 business day. If we reject it, we tell you why.
4.3 While verification is in progress, you can set everything up and schedule deals. You can only go live once verified.
4.4 Your details must be correct and kept up to date: KvK details, VAT number, billing email, address and opening hours. If anything changes, update it as soon as possible.
4.5 If someone else has already registered a location, you can request access. If the current owner does not respond within 72 hours, a support process with proof from the KvK follows.
5. Stripe Connect
5.1 Connecting Stripe Connect is mandatory when signing up. You complete Stripe's onboarding: details of the authorised representative, identity check and IBAN. Stripe carries out the statutory customer due diligence (KYC).
5.2 Your Connect account is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement. You enter into that agreement directly with Stripe. By connecting, you authorise Flits to have payments processed on your behalf, to retain the collection fee, and to carry out refunds and set-offs as described in these terms.
5.3 Without an active Connect account, takeaway deals cannot go live; table deals can. If Stripe requires action, takeaway deals are blocked until that action is completed.
5.4 The guest's bank statement shows FLITS* {ZAAKNAAM} (your venue's name).
6. Plans and prices
6.1 All prices are per location per month and exclude VAT. There are no set-up fees.
| Start | Plus | Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid monthly | €29 | €59 | €99 |
| Paid annually (2 months free) | €24 per month | €49 per month | €82 per month |
| Deals per month (table and takeaway combined) | 10 | 30 | unlimited (fair use 150) |
| Live at the same time | 1 | 2 | 4 |
| Team members | 2 | 5 | unlimited |
| Boosts included per month | 0 | 1 | 3 |
6.2 Group (3 or more locations): Plus €49 or Pro €84 per location per month; paid annually, €41 or €70 per location per month. Features follow Plus or Pro.
6.3 The full content of each plan (reach, push waves, scheduling ahead, templates, insights, support) is shown on the pricing page at joinflits.com. That description forms part of these terms.
6.4 Every plan includes a QR kit (window sticker and 2 table stands), sent once free of charge on activation.
6.5 The app shows your plan, limits and credit, but no prices or payment buttons. Choosing, changing and topping up always happens outside the app, via the Stripe link in your email or through your City Lead.
7. Trial, payment and pausing
7.1 Every new location gets 30 days of Plus for free. After signing up we send you an email with a Stripe link. Use it to choose a plan and set up a SEPA Direct Debit mandate (via iDEAL), or pay by card. We send reminders on days 20, 27 and 30.
7.2 If you have not paid after day 30, the location is paused. Your profile stays visible, but you cannot put new deals live. Payouts of takeaway sales continue as normal. If you pay via the link later, you can go live again straight away. A trial without payment costs nothing.
7.3 If a direct debit fails, Stripe retries and you are notified. If payment has still not been made after 14 days, the location is paused as in 7.2.
7.4 You receive invoices via Stripe at your billing email address, with 21% VAT and your VAT number. For venues in another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged. Your invoices are also available in the app.
8. Term, changes and cancellation
8.1 Your subscription runs per billing period: one month if you pay monthly, one year if you pay annually (2 months free, article 6). It renews automatically for the same period after each period.
8.2 You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal. The link is in every invoice email; you can have it re-sent from the app (More → Subscription). A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you can keep using Flits.
- If you pay monthly, you can therefore cancel per month.
- If you pay annually, you pay 12 months in advance. If you cancel, the subscription continues until the end of the paid year and is not renewed after that.
8.3 A period that has already been paid is not refunded, except in the case of article 32.2.
8.4 You change your plan or billing interval in the customer portal too. An upgrade takes effect immediately; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
8.5 Once a cancelled subscription has ended, you can no longer put new deals live. We settle outstanding payouts, refunds and set-offs as set out in article 31.3.
8.6 Suspension or termination by Flits is covered in article 31.
9. Price changes
9.1 We may change our prices. We will announce this by email at least 30 days in advance.
9.2 If you do not agree with a price increase, you can cancel before it takes effect. A running annual plan keeps the old price until the end of its term.
10. Add-ons and credit
10.1 Add-ons:
| Add-on | Price (excl. VAT) | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Boost | €7.50 per boost | +1 push wave, +1 km reach (max. 5 km) and a "Sponsored" spot in the feed. Always labelled as sponsored. |
| Deal bundle | 5 deals €12 · 15 deals €29 | Extra deals; expires at the end of the month |
| Extra simultaneous deal | €9 per month | One more deal live at the same time |
10.2 You buy add-ons outside the app, via the Stripe link in your email or through your City Lead. Purchased boosts and deals appear as credit in the app.
10.3 Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another organisation or location. Credit belongs to the calendar month in which it is given or bought (Europe/Amsterdam): included deals and boosts, deal bundles and purchased boosts expire at the end of that calendar month. On termination, unused credit lapses without refund.
10.4 A deal uses credit at the moment it goes live. When your credit runs out, live deals continue, but you cannot start new deals until you top up or the new month begins.
11. Founding Partner and venue referrals
11.1 Founding Partner: the first 100 locations per city get 50% off their plan for 6 months and a Founding Partner badge.
11.2 Venue referral: if you refer a new venue, you both get 1 month free, after the new venue's first paid month.
11.3 In case of abuse (for example a venue referring itself) we may refuse or reverse the discount.
12. Takeaway sales: you are the seller
12.1 With a takeaway deal, the guest enters into a contract of sale with your venue. You are the seller and trader; Flits is the platform that facilitates payment and handling. With every deal we show that the seller is a business (name and KvK number) and that Flits is the platform.
12.2 The guest pays in advance in the app (Apple Pay, iDEAL | Wero or card). The payment is received via Stripe into your Connect account. Guests pay no service fees.
12.3 For each order the guest receives a receipt showing your venue as the seller, a VAT breakdown and Flits as the platform. You are responsible for charging the correct VAT on your takeaway sales and for recording them in your own accounts. Register a takeaway order in your till as a Flits sale, not as a new sale.
12.4 Takeaway deals are subject to the cancellation and refund rules for guests as published by Flits (see /en/annuleren). You agree to these. In short: the guest can cancel free of charge until 2 hours before the collection window starts; if they buy within those 2 hours, until 5 minutes after purchase. Not collected means no refund: you receive the amount. Guests report quality or content complaints within 24 hours after the window; support assesses them.
12.5 If a guest pays (partly) with Flits credit, Flits pays that part to you. You therefore always receive the deal price minus the collection fee.
12.6 Takeaway deals never include alcohol.
13. Collection fee
13.1 For each paid takeaway order you pay a collection fee of €0.79 (excl. VAT). Table deals carry no per-guest fee.
13.2 The collection fee is retained at payment as an application fee via Stripe Connect. You therefore receive the order amount minus €0.79.
13.3 Flits invoices collection fees monthly with 21% VAT, as lines on your subscription invoice.
13.4 You pay no collection fee if:
- you cancel the order;
- the guest cancels within the free cancellation period;
- a guest's complaint is upheld and the order is refunded.
14. Payouts
14.1 Stripe pays out your takeaway revenue weekly on Monday to your IBAN, via Stripe Connect Express. When the money reaches your account depends on Stripe and your bank.
14.2 For each payout the app shows: gross takeaway revenue, minus collection fees, minus refunds, equals net. You see a breakdown per order and a monthly statement (PDF) for your bookkeeping.
14.3 Stripe may hold or delay payouts, for example for an identity check or if fraud is suspected. Flits has no control over this.
15. Refunds, disputes and set-off
15.1 A refund to a guest is deducted from your balance (reverse transfer). This happens automatically:
- if the guest cancels within the permitted period;
- if you cancel an order or make an emergency cancellation (article 17);
- if you lower the price of a live takeaway deal (the difference goes back to those who already bought);
- if support upholds a complaint.
15.2 Support may invite you into the conversation about a complaint. Please respond as soon as possible. Support's decision on refunding the guest is binding for handling via Flits; you keep your own rights against the guest.
15.3 Disputes (chargebacks): if a guest disputes a payment with their bank, Flits collects the evidence (such as redemption data, times and the location of the swipe) and submits it to Stripe. You cooperate and provide any further information we request within 3 business days. If the dispute is lost, the amount is deducted from your balance.
15.4 Stripe's dispute fee is charged to you if the order was demonstrably not delivered. In other cases Flits bears it.
15.5 A negative balance is set off against your later revenue. If that is not possible within 60 days, you pay the outstanding amount within 14 days of our invoice. Flits may set off amounts you owe Flits against amounts Flits owes you.
15.6 If disputes exceed 1% of your orders, we will investigate (article 24).
16. Deals: honouring them and offering them fairly
16.1 Honouring. You honour every deal for everyone who checks in or collects within the window, exactly as the deal appeared in the app. Group size may differ by 1 person; the discount applies per checked-in person or table.
16.2 Genuine discounts. A discount must be real, measured against your normal menu price. Fictitious "was" prices and any other misleading practices are prohibited. For a takeaway deal you enter the normal value of the same contents; we show it struck through.
16.3 Conditions up front. Minimum spend, exclusions, allergens and cancellation rules are part of the deal and visible before the guest claims or buys. You do not add conditions afterwards.
16.4 Accurate information. Title, description, photos, prices, opening hours and stock are correct. Do not include contact details, links, offensive language or promotion of excessive drinking in deals.
16.5 Checks. We run automatic checks when a deal goes live. If a table discount exceeds 60% of your average spend, or a takeaway price is below 20% of the normal value, a new venue's first 3 deals go through manual review; after that a warning is shown. We review a new venue's first photos manually.
16.6 Check-ins and no-shows. You check guests in honestly. You only mark "Didn't show" after the window. If the app asks "Is this guest here?", you answer truthfully. If you do not respond within 2 hours, the guest gets no strike.
16.7 Claims per guest. By default, a guest can make at most 1 table claim per day and 4 per month at each location. You can change this per deal.
17. Changing, ending and emergency-cancelling live deals
17.1 While a deal is live, these rules apply:
| What you do | What happens |
|---|---|
| Pause | Existing claims and orders remain valid |
| Increase places or stock | Allowed; the waitlist is notified |
| Reduce places or stock | Not below the number already claimed or sold |
| Extend | Allowed; existing windows do not change |
| Increase discount (table) / lower price (takeaway) | Allowed; existing claims get the higher discount, for takeaway the difference is refunded automatically |
| Reduce discount / raise price | Not allowed while the deal is live |
| End | Existing claims and orders remain valid and must be honoured |
| Emergency cancellation | All claims are cancelled, takeaway orders fully refunded, guests get no strike |
17.2 Emergency cancellation is only for genuine emergencies, such as a power cut, fire or a closed kitchen. Three or more emergency cancellations or takeaway cancellations by you within 30 days trigger a review (article 24).
18. Alcohol
18.1 Rules on alcohol promotions vary by municipality (Dutch Alcohol Act and local by-laws). Flits records for each city whether alcohol price promotions are restricted. You remain responsible for complying with the rules in your municipality.
18.2 In municipalities with a restriction, table deals with a discount on alcohol are not allowed. A discount on "the whole bill" then automatically excludes alcohol.
18.3 Elsewhere, alcohol may be part of a table deal, but never:
- an alcohol-only deal with more than 25% off;
- "unlimited drinks".
18.4 Guests can only claim alcohol deals after confirming they are 18 or over. The ticket states "ID may be requested". You are responsible for age checks and do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18.
18.5 Takeaway deals never include alcohol. Alcohol deals are not pushed before 16:00. You follow the Dutch Advertising Code for Alcoholic Beverages (Reclamecode voor Alcoholhoudende Dranken) in everything you publish through Flits.
19. Allergens and food safety
19.1 For every takeaway deal you complete the 14 EU allergens ("contains" / "may contain"). Guests see them before buying (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, art. 14). For a surprise bag you enter every allergen it might contain.
19.2 You confirm the allergen information for each deal. We record when and by whom. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information, including when you use the allergen library.
19.3 You are responsible for food safety in line with the Dutch Hygiene Code for the Hospitality Sector / HACCP, including chilling and shelf life until collection. Takeaway products must be safe to eat until the end of the collection window. You confirm this in the deal wizard.
19.4 You only use diet labels (vegetarian, vegan, halal) if you can stand behind them.
19.5 For table deals, we refer guests to your staff about allergens. Make sure your staff can answer those questions.
20. Guest data and privacy
20.1 Flits is the controller for guest data in the app, and for accounts, claims, orders and business accounts. Our Privacy Statement explains how this works.
20.2 For each claim or order we share only: first name and initial, group size or quantity, the guest's note, the reliability label ("Top guest" or "New"), the expected arrival time and the order number. We never share the guest's phone number. In Insights you only see anonymised data; groups smaller than 10 are not shown.
20.3 You use this data solely to honour the deal. You do not use it for marketing, newsletters, profiling or contacting guests outside Flits, and you do not sell or share it with others.
20.4 For anything you do with this data yourself after receiving it (for example recording it in your booking system or till), you are the controller. You then comply with the GDPR: you keep it no longer than necessary and secure it appropriately.
20.5 If you become aware that guest data from Flits has leaked or been misused at your end, report it within 24 hours to info@nafite.com.
20.6 We process your data and that of your team members to perform this agreement, to prevent fraud and to meet legal obligations (such as keeping invoices and payouts for 7 years). We keep verification photos for 12 months after approval.
21. Team, roles and accounts
21.1 You can invite team members by link, email or QR code, with the role of owner, manager, staff member or group admin. Each role has its own permissions. For example, only the owner and group admin can see payouts and subscription details. You can set some staff permissions yourself.
21.2 You are responsible for everything that happens in business mode through your team members' accounts, as if you had done it yourself. Only give access to people who work for you, choose appropriate roles and revoke access immediately when someone leaves.
21.3 Each team member signs in with their own account (email and code). Do not share accounts or sign-in codes. On a shared device, lock business mode with a PIN.
21.4 If you notice that someone has unauthorised access, report it through support straight away.
21.5 If the owner wants to delete their account, ownership must first be transferred or the organisation closed.
22. Content and licence
22.1 Your profile and deals contain photos, text and your logo or name ("content"). You warrant that you hold all rights to that content, including consent from any recognisable people pictured, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
22.2 You grant Flits a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reformat (for example crop and resize) and publish your content for:
- showing your venue and deals in the app and on joinflits.com;
- share images and deep links, for example for Instagram and WhatsApp;
- promoting Flits and your venue, online and offline.
22.3 The licence lasts for the term of the agreement. After termination we remove your content from the app and website within a reasonable time. We do not have to recall materials already distributed or printed. We only use your name and story for success stories with your separate consent.
22.4 Flits remains the owner of the app, the website, the Flits brand, the QR kit and all software and designs. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use business mode for as long as the agreement runs.
23. Reviews
23.1 Guests can only leave a review after redeeming a deal. You may respond publicly once to each review. You can report a review that breaks the guidelines. We only remove reviews that break the guidelines (see /en/richtlijnen).
23.2 If a guest selects "Deal not honoured" or "Product not as described", we open a moderation ticket. You have 48 hours to respond. If the report is upheld for a table deal, a measure under article 24 follows and Flits gives the guest €5 Flits credit. For a takeaway deal, a refund follows (article 15).
23.3 You do not write reviews of your own venue or have others do so.
24. Moderation and measures
24.1 We may take the following measures:
| Signal | Threshold | Measure |
|---|---|---|
| "Not honoured" or "product not as described", upheld | 1 time | Warning |
| same | 2 times in 90 days | No pushes for 14 days |
| same | 3 times in 90 days | Suspension and a conversation with the City Lead |
| Emergency cancellations or takeaway cancellations by the venue | 3 or more in 30 days | Review |
| Average rating below 3.0 with 20 or more reviews | — | Lower ranking, we contact you |
| Disputes | More than 1% of orders | Investigation |
24.2 In addition, if these terms or the law are breached, we may hide or end a deal, hide content, block pushes for your venue, or suspend a location (article 31).
24.3 Statement of reasons and appeal. With every measure you receive a statement of reasons in the app: which rule, which facts, and how to appeal. You can appeal through the app. A different staff member from the one who made the decision handles your appeal within 5 business days. This follows the Digital Services Act (DSA).
24.4 Anyone can report illegal content on any deal, venue or review (notice and action). We assess every report.
24.5 Even while suspended, you honour existing claims and orders.
24.6 For support or investigations, our staff may view your business environment in read-only mode. This is logged and you are notified.
24.7 The order of deals in the feed and the selection for pushes follow a transparent score: mainly distance to the guest, and also the guest's preferences, the value of the deal, whether the guest can make it in time, the quality of the venue (rating, honouring deals, cancellations), the guest's past experiences and a small extra for new venues. Open reports of deals not being honoured count negatively. A Boost gives a fixed, labelled "Sponsored" spot, not a higher organic score.
25. Decision helper, calculator and insights
25.1 The decision helper in the app, the calculator on the website and the figures in Insights are estimates. They use your input, default values and past results. Actual outcomes may differ. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.
25.2 The decision helper does not count wage costs. Under "Why no wage costs?" the app explains why: a deal goes live on the day itself, and sending staff home then usually saves no wages. For example: if a shift is cancelled within the call-in notice period, wages remain payable for the scheduled hours (4 days by law; the hospitality collective labour agreement (horeca-cao) shortens this to 24 hours); on-call contracts carry a minimum of 3 hours' pay per call; guaranteed hours of permanent and min-max staff continue to be paid. This is a general explanation. Check your own cao and employment contracts for your situation.
25.3 The expected extra profit takes into account purchasing costs, the discount, guests who would have come without the deal and lower spending by deal guests. You decide yourself whether to put a deal live and how to deploy your staff, and you are responsible for that.
25.4 This also applies to Autopilot (Pro): deals Autopilot starts under your rules count as your deals. Autopilot never launches a deal that scores red in the decision helper.
26. Availability and support
26.1 We do our best to keep Flits running well and without interruption, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available and error-free. We may temporarily limit the service for maintenance or updates; where possible, we announce this in advance.
26.2 If the scanner has no connection, it checks codes against a local list and syncs once it is back online.
26.3 You get support in the app. Priority depends on your plan. We aim to reply quickly; no response times are guaranteed.
26.4 We may improve and change the app and plan features. If an essential feature of your plan is removed, we will tell you 30 days in advance and you can cancel.
27. Liability
27.1 Flits's total liability is limited to the amount you paid Flits in the 12 months before the event causing the damage (subscription, add-ons and collection fees).
27.2 Flits is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost revenue or profit, lost savings, loss of data, reputational damage or business interruption.
27.3 Flits is not liable for loss caused by guests' behaviour (such as no-shows), for outages or decisions of Stripe, Apple, telecom providers or other third parties, or for decisions you make based on the decision helper, the calculator or Insights.
27.4 These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Flits's management.
27.5 You must notify us of any loss in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 12 months after you knew or could have known of it. Otherwise the right to compensation lapses.
28. Indemnity
You indemnify Flits against claims by guests, authorities (such as the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), the municipality or the tax authorities) and other third parties, and against fines and reasonable defence costs, resulting from:
- not honouring deals or misleading offers;
- incorrect allergen information or unsafe food;
- breach of alcohol rules, including serving minors;
- content you did not hold the rights to;
- misuse of guest data;
- VAT or other taxes on your own sales;
- any other breach of these terms or the law by you or your team members.
29. Force majeure
29.1 Neither party is liable for failing to perform due to force majeure. This includes outages of internet, hosting or payment services, outages at Apple or Stripe, power cuts, fire, floods, pandemics, government measures, war and cyberattacks despite reasonable security.
29.2 If force majeure lasts longer than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement in writing, without compensation.
30. Confidentiality
30.1 Both parties keep the other's confidential information secret, such as non-public pricing arrangements, figures from Insights and technical or business information marked as confidential or obviously so.
30.2 This does not apply to information that is already public, that you already lawfully held, or that you must disclose by law or court order.
30.3 This obligation continues for 2 years after the agreement ends.
31. Suspension and termination
31.1 Flits may (partly) suspend your account or a location, or terminate the agreement, if:
- you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or the law;
- there is fraud, deception or abuse, or a reasonable suspicion of it;
- you fail verification or your details are incorrect;
- Stripe refuses, restricts or closes your Connect account;
- you go bankrupt, are granted a suspension of payments or cease trading.
31.2 With a restriction or suspension you receive a statement of reasons straight away. If we terminate the whole agreement for a reason other than those in 31.1, we give at least 30 days' notice. In the case of serious or repeated breaches, fraud or a legal obligation, we may act immediately.
31.3 After termination:
- you can no longer put new deals live;
- you honour existing claims and orders;
- we settle outstanding payouts, refunds, disputes and set-offs, including after the end;
- amounts you already owe remain payable;
- we keep invoices, payouts and refunds for 7 years (legal obligation).
31.4 Articles that by their nature continue to apply, such as 15, 20, 27, 28, 30 and 34, remain in force after the agreement ends.
32. Changes to these terms
32.1 We may change these terms. We will announce a material change at least 30 days in advance, by email to the billing email address and in the app.
32.2 If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect. On an annual plan you may then stop early, and we refund the remaining full months you paid in advance. If you keep using Flits after the effective date, the new terms apply. We record which version you accepted when signing up (article 3.1).
32.3 Changes required by law or by a decision of a regulator, or that are only to your benefit, may take effect sooner.
33. Communication
33.1 We communicate with you through the app (notifications and support) and by email to your billing email address and the owner's email address. Please make sure these addresses work.
33.2 These terms are available in Dutch and English. In case of differences, the Dutch text prevails.
34. Governing law and disputes
34.1 This agreement is governed by Dutch law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
34.2 If you have a complaint, please raise it first through support or at info@nafite.com. We will try to resolve it together.
34.3 If that fails, the competent court in the district where Flits has its registered office has exclusive jurisdiction.
34.4 If any provision is invalid, the other provisions remain in force. We will then replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
